Infrastructure of the first part of Darab railway connection to the railway network

 This project is part of the Gol Gohar-Shiraz railway line, which is one of the major projects whose construction began around 2011. With the launch of the Gol Gohar-Shiraz railway, a large volume of heavy vehicles will be reduced in this transportation route, and as a result, traffic accidents will have a declining trend, along with iron ore and items required by steel mills in Fars province. It will be provided with the construction of this route.

The length of this railway line is 345 km and the construction of this route is very important in terms of passenger transportation and transportation of goods and cargo, including iron ore of Gol Gohar factory in Sirjan and its transfer to Khuzestan and Bandar Abbas steel factories.
